UNCLAIMED FUNDS
OVERVIEW
With a background in Law Enforcement; I utilize my attained skills to assist a nationwide lost and unclaimed asset location and recovery firm specializing in connecting assets with their rightful owners. We research the financial records of large companies and government agencies in search of unclaimed funds or abandoned assets, which are owed to individuals or business entities. Currently, there are over $49.5 Billion in unclaimed funds in the United States! Over $14 Million in surplus funds are deposited DAILY! Nearly one in 10 Americans have abandoned assets waiting to be claimed! Our mission is to unite these surplus funds with the rightful owners. It’s a huge task, but we welcome the challenge and opportunity to help people like you claim the money they are owed.
Due to state and federal laws, there are deadlines before which a claim must be made. Otherwise, the money can no longer be claimed. Realizing that “time is of the essence,” we pledge to our clients that we will process their claim in a professional, efficient, and timely manner … keeping them informed as we make progress. We are committed to seeing that financial justice is served for our clients. We encourage you to put our knowledge, experience, skills, and expertise to work for you today!

In the news
Recently, the Louisiana Treasury returned a record-breaking $904,000 in unclaimed money to citizens in the Greater New Orleans area at their one-day event at Lakeside Shopping Mall. Currently, there is more than $1 billion in Louisiana Treasury’s Unclaimed Property Program, and $300 million is owed to residents in the New Orleans area. Unclaimed property funds come from businesses that turn over millions of dollars in unclaimed cash, stocks, bonds, securities, and insurance proceeds to the Louisiana State Treasurer’s office. These funds include payroll checks, old bank accounts, royalties, utility deposits, interest payments, stock certificates, and life insurance proceeds. One in six Louisianans has unclaimed property. One of the main reasons an item becomes unclaimed property is an incorrect or old address. Over the past fifty years, Louisiana’s Unclaimed Property Program has issued 1.38 million unclaimed property checks, totaling $727 million, to the rightful owners.
The National Association Of Unclaimed Property Administrators announced that $4,832,614,233 was returned by states in 2022. Further, they estimate that over 33 million people in the U.S. (nearly 1 in 7) currently have unclaimed property.
A newspaper in the Kansas City metropolitan area recently reported that there is approximately $49.5 billion of unclaimed property in the United States. It stated there the source of these funds can vary. Often the death of a relative is the cause of property going unclaimed. Other causes include accounts that have been abandoned or simply forgotten. Bank accounts, 401(k)s and similar investments where the legal owner is unknown, are often turned over to the State as unclaimed property. Insurance or inheritance payouts are also commonly sent to these State Treasury accounts until the rightful owner appears to claim them.
Testimonials
My husband and I were experiencing financial hard times when the Company contacted us about making a claim. With their guidance, we pursued it, and they kept us informed every step of the way. In about three months, we received a check for $13,626! This was enough for us to pay off all our credit cards, buy some much-needed furniture, and start improving our credit scores. Thanks!

Years ago, I worked as a paralegal, yet was not aware that we might be eligible to receive money resulting from an event from years past. We received over $6,000 thanks to the efforts of our Claim Specialist at Surplus Recovery Agents, LLC. This unexpected money helped us relocate to Florida, so we could be nearer to our grandchildren.

We had no idea that money was owed to us. At first, we were skeptical, but after they explained everything, we decided to apply for it. With them working on our behalf, we received $8,494 in less than four months. My family will be forever grateful. Thank you.

Had the Company not contacted me, I never would have known that I was owed about $17,000. Once they explained the process, I figured I had everything to gain and nothing to lose. This was an immense help when I needed it. Thank you for your dedicated efforts on my behalf.
